Biblical literacy is having a thorough knowledge of the Bible. It is the consistent systematic attempt to not only gain Bible knowledge, but to also quote and cite the source from memory. This knowledge is the building blocks that will be used by the Spirit of God to lead one from Biblical information to spiritual transformation, from knowing to believing, and from growing to discipling.

Biblical Literacy may be implemented in SDA K-8 Elementary schools. The goal being that a student graduating from an SDA elementary school would have a thorough practical knowledge of the Bible. Created to be used by teachers and implemented by students to enhance Biblical Literacy.
